The Nerdherders go over their favorite things from 2017 in film, TV, games and more!
Welcome to Anonymous Tabletop Episode 21.
In this jam-packed first episode of 2018 Katie and Jean take a much needed sick day but we prove to be even more idiotic without them around to keep an eye on us, and we find out if we’re lactose intolerant when we try to figure out the difference between blue milk and green.
We then take a look at our previous years resolutions to see how we fared, reluctantly come up with some brand new ones, and finally have a lengthy, spoiler-filled discussion about Star Wars: The Last Jedi to see why it has everyone in an uproar.
And last but not least, while the flu sidelines Geeky Jean Celebrity Deathmatch pits the power of Star Wars merchandizing against itself, and we’re tempted to the Dark Side of Force when we reach into Tim’s Sack to choose our destiny.
In this episode the Nerdherders discuss their favorite campaign systems from board games and miniature games. What works, what doesn’t and what could be better. There is also the usual banter about movies, TV and games so strap in and prepare to jump to hyperspace.
Welcome to Anonymous Tabletop Episode 20.
In our spoilerific Thor – Ragnarok episode, we discuss the movie, and run through our top 5 movies from the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Lathan interjects with his DC centric views.

Welcome to Anonymous Tabletop Episode 19.
In our 2nd Annual Halloween episode we find that we’ll all get good seats in Hell, Katie fights Lathan over the merits of the Orville, and Dave finally makes it through a hobby update when Tim skips the show for a Bears game.
We then discuss horror movie remakes we would actually want to see, Lathan attacks the current crop of movie directors, and we dig into some other horror properties that have yet to make it to the screen.
Afterwards, we play Halloween DJ to see what makes our party playlists, find out that Lathan has some fairly strange taste in music, and dance awkwardly as he channels his inner Fresh Prince and raps at us.
And last but not least, Geeky Jean plays Halloween dress up, Celebrity Deathmatch pits fear against franchise, and we reach into the spirit realm to contact Tim from beyond the game.
The crew is back with a round table discussion episode! The boys wax philosophical about all sorts of topics from Warhammer 40k to the next big fantasy movie to properties that might have the staying power of Star Wars or Star Trek. And speaking of Trek, Dave pops in late to weigh in on Star Trek Discovery.
Welcome to Anonymous Tabletop Episode 18.
In this Rick-filled episode we send out some belated birthday wishes, Tim explains that human bones are gluten-free, and gym-rat Joe makes the rest of us feel bad for being lazy.
Katie and Dave also recap their trip to Gen Con 50, welcome listeners 8, 9, and 10 to the show, and discuss the benefits of Future Dave when we mess up the podcast way more than usual.
We then talk about our spoiler-filled favorite Rick and Morty episodes, find out there are different levels of asshole, and go off on another tangent to break the 4th wall and talk to the Infinite Dev.
And last but not least, Geeky Jean gets ready for Fall and talks pumpkins, Celebrity Deathmatch descends into chaos, and we go hunting in Tim’s Sack when one of us isn’t who we say we are.
This week the boys interview Jamey Stegmaier, designer of Scythe, owner of Stonemaier Games, about his upcoming game Charterstone. Jonathan and Robert also spend most of the episode messing with each other, as they talk about what they have been up to, and all the news out of Gen Con. It’s another super-sized episode of the Forgot My Dice podcast, so get a warm drink, sit down, and enjoy!

We then talk about our upcoming trip to Gen Con 50, tell listeners how to find us if they attend, and Dave does a speed run of all the games they’re looking forward to getting our hands on.
And last but not least, it’s a Batman free for all in Celebrity Deathmatch, we find Tim’s Sack is somehow full of belts, and Dave goes off on a rant and tries to give away some free games.
Welcome to Anonymous Tabletop Episode 16.
In this episode we once again speak directly to a listener, Dave does some pandering for some Facebook love, and in his absence, we decide to blame Tim for absolutely everything.
We also share our predictions for the upcoming season of Game of Thrones, find Dave knows way too much about the sex life of beetles, and Joe cuts the discussion short to run off to a completely different kind of throne room.
We then talk more Game of Thrones when we reveal our most memorable deaths scenes from the show, Joe tries to kill Future Dave, and Lathan gets confused and starts rambling on about black knights and coconuts.
And last but not least, Geeky Jean plays dress up, we find out the hard way that dinosaurs and dragons don’t mix, and we reach into Tim’s Severed Sack and find a huge cast of characters in there. Who knew it was so roomy?

In addition, we offer up our ill-fated New Years resolutions, see what we’re looking forward to in 2017, and introduce you to Geeky Jean and Celebrity Deathmatch.
And last but not least, we reach far too deep into Tim’s Sack and find that he knows way too much about slug sex and chainmail.
This week, due to a severe lack of news and Kickstarters, we change our normal format. Our first segment, off the shelf, is back as normal. But we go over the best nerdy things of 2016, and then have a few predictions of 2017. Which at the time of recording none had come true yet. However as of right now one of Jonathans may have already come to pass, and one of Roberts may have technically become correct (which is the best kind of correct).
